Peyton Manning is on board for a 2nd Super Bowl title, but this title run is more special than the first. In the past few years Peyton Manning has lost Tony Dungy, Edgerrin James, Marvin Harrison, and Tarik Glenn. All of these names minus Tony Dungy were All-Pro's during their tenure for the Colts. Coach Dungy was one of the most consistent figures in coaching over the past few years as well. Peyton has not missed a beat despite losing pro bowler after pro bowler. This season he won a record 4th MVP and the Colts finished 14-2 under new coach Jim Caldwell. Peyton Manning has been in the national spotlight for many years going back to his days at Tennessee. Peyton has also thrown for 49TD's in a season, but this season has been the most impressive. This season he has made players like Austin Collie and Pierre Garcon household names. It is hard to argue his greatness. Yesterday playing the New York J-E-T-S he carved up the defense like a holiday turkey. Yes the same defense that made Carson Palmer and Phillip Rivers look like mediocre quarterbacks. Peyton Manning has one more game this season and it is the biggest of the season. The Saints defensive coordinator Greg Williams will be staying up all night devising a game plan to stop #18. Peyton will be Peyton and that usually results into something great.
